Are you a carrier or a freight broker?
Aegis Freight is a non-asset freight coordination business. We do not own or operate trucks. Transport is carried out by third-party providers appointed for the movement.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. It creates an enquiry only. Capacity, scope, price and conditions must be confirmed in writing before a movement is booked.
What information is needed for an accurate quote?
Collection and delivery details, requested dates, goods description, package or pallet quantity, total weight, dimensions, loading method, access restrictions and any dangerous-goods, high-value or temperature requirements.
Can you arrange urgent or same-day transport?
Urgent enquiries can be reviewed, but acceptance depends on suitable vehicle and provider availability. No urgent movement should be treated as booked until written confirmation is issued.
Is my cargo automatically insured by Aegis Freight?
No assumption should be made that the full cargo value is insured. Carrier liability and cargo insurance are different. Insurance position and declared value should be discussed before booking, particularly for high-value or unusual goods.
What goods can you not accept?
Acceptance depends on the provider, route, equipment, documentation and law. Dangerous goods, waste, controlled items, live animals, temperature-sensitive goods and unusually valuable cargo require prior disclosure and may be declined.
