These terms govern website use and enquiries. They are not a substitute for the separate trading conditions required for any confirmed freight service.

This website is operated by Aegis Logistics Solutions Ltd, trading as Aegis Freight, company number 16654295, registered in England and Wales.
No booking is created by this website
Submitting or emailing a shipment brief is an enquiry only. It does not create a booking, contract for carriage, guarantee of capacity, insurance cover, customs appointment or commitment to provide a service.
A service may proceed only after the relevant scope, providers, commercial terms and applicable trading conditions have been confirmed in writing by authorised parties.
Accuracy of shipment information
Any indicative response is dependent on the information supplied. Cargo description, dimensions, weight, value, dangerous-goods status, route, access conditions, dates, Incoterms and customs information may materially change the feasibility, price or available service.
Third-party providers
Aegis operates an asset-light forwarding model. Physical transport and specialist services may be performed by appointed third parties. A website description of a service does not mean that Aegis itself owns or operates the relevant vehicle, aircraft, vessel, warehouse, customs brokerage or specialist equipment.
Specialist and regulated services
Services requiring specialist authority, competence, insurance, licensing or regulated permissions are not treated as available merely because they are mentioned in a discussion. They must be specifically reviewed and confirmed through an appropriate compliant arrangement.
Transit times and availability
Any transit time or schedule information is indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in the applicable contract. Carrier schedules, ports, airports, customs, weather, capacity and other events may affect performance.

We aim to keep information accurate, but general website material is not professional, customs, tax, legal or insurance advice. Obtain specialist advice where required.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, brand elements and original content belong to Aegis Logistics Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
